We did some research for a while and finally came across Nayla African Safaris – a real stroke of luck!Our three-day private safari to Mikumi National Park (October 2025) was one of the most beautiful experiences of our Tanzania trip.We started from the Morogoro Hotel – a sympathetic, quiet place, which we reached relaxed in just 1.5 hours with the new SGR Fasttrain from Dar es Salaam.Early in the morning Silas was ready by jeep. Even the drive to the park was a great experience – he drove pleasantly safely and told a lot about the country, people and nature. After a quick check-in at the gate and a pee break we went straight into the adventure.What are we gonna say? It was simply fantastic: fascinating scenery, lots of animals and a guide who was with heart and knowledge in the matter.For lunch we had hot food – simple but delicious – and then continued on a game drive in a closed jeep with a hinged roof.Silas was our walking animal lexicon for three days – always friendly, attentive and passionate about it.A real highlight was also Camp Bastian – cozy, good food and great Service (tip: have the room sprayed against mosquitoes in the evening, then sleep in peace).Finally we went to the Udzungwa Mountains with a great hike to the waterfall (swimming included!).Conclusion: We are overjoyed to have chosen Nayla African Safaris – and especially Silas, probably the best guide you could wish for! Diana was amazing, the driver was so knowledgeable and knew exactly how to drive through the Serengeti and crater. Diana made sure everything was planned and did exactly what I asked if her. She answered all my questions in a timely manner. There are so many tour guides to choose from but the reason I chose her is because she was attentive and had quick replies to my questions and concerns. She informed me on what type of clothes to bring, where I was staying, booked the flights and prepared the meals. Everything was perfect!!

I went on a 2 day solo safari in Tarangire and Ngorongoro Parks from Arusha in September 2025. I had booked my safari with the agency Nayla African Safaris which has good reviews on Tripadvisor. Communication with Diana has always been fluid. She answered all my questions and always in French. The contract was well detailed and corresponded to my expectations. On the spot, I was accompanied by a French-speaking guide, Moris, very professional, very kind and very patient. Great Safari- just everything perfect
We experienced three great days of safari. Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. Our guide Benny was great, a little shy, but such a lovely guy. He showed us animals and things we would never have discovered on our own. The contact with Diana was just great from the beginning, she went to so much trouble to design everything according to our wishes. We felt so safe all the time. Even when there were problems with a cancelled flight on the outbound flight from Zanzibar, Diana reacted in a hurry and rebooked us in seconds for the next flight. First class! Great support, great guide and confident driver
Starting for us she has journey away from Zanzibar. After the original flight to Arusha was cancelled, we were booked a new flight within minutes. The support was really great, accommodating and fast. Arriving in Arusha, our guide and driver welcomed us and we went straight to Tarangire National Park. Due to the delay we had less time in the park, but the team really tried to show us as much as possible anyway. On the second day we were in the crater and again it was beautiful. The picnic location was well chosen and we ate next to hippos. The last day we were at Lake Manyara. Again, it was beautiful.Overall it was a fantastic 3 days. The guide tried very hard to explain and show us as much as possible. Many thanks to the entire team for the unforgettable stay, uncomplicated booking and support throughout the trip! I would book it again and again.

Great and quick support when there were problems with the local airlines.Had three fascinating days and very sympathetic and motivated guides/drivers who really tried to show us all the animals we wanted to see.In addition, we would be very well fed during the safari with cool drinks (water, soft drinks, beer) as well as at lunchtime with good food If I do a safari in Tanzania again , I would ask Nayla for my next trip without much thought 😁

There were problems at the airport because our original flight was cancelled but Nayla Safari was always available during the chaos at the airport and then very quickly rebooked us on a new flight. Other travelers who booked through other agencies were less fortunate. The safari itself was great. The guide and our driver were super nice and dedicated. In addition, we were always provided with food and drink. Clear recommendation! It was incredible!

We had a 3-day safari in Tarangire National Park, Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Manyara National Park. It was all perfectly organized by Diana. With the guide Dickson the time was just great. He just let us experience 3 wonderful safari days. We also had a lot of fun with Dickson. He spoke very well German with us. The German language was a very important companion for us. The safari was fantastically beautiful, in the various parks with different vegetation.
